Cloud 9 Spa is available on Carnival Breeze, Celebration, Dream, Horizon, Jubilee, Luminosa, Magic, Panorama, Radiance, Splendor, Sunrise, Sunshine, Vista, and Mardi Gras. Other ships in the fleet offer spa services but don’t carry the specific Cloud 9 branding. The spa operates daily from 8 am to 10pm fleet-wide.

One distinction worth knowing before you board: not every Cloud 9 ship has the same facilities. Thermal Suites are not available on Carnival Elation, Firenze, Miracle, Paradise, Pride, or Venezia. The Hydrotherapy or Thalassotherapy Pool is only on Breeze, Dream, Luminosa, Magic, and Splendor. The spa offers complimentary consultations for certain services, including body composition analysis and a brief assessment before an acupuncture session, without requiring you to book a paid treatment. These are legitimate offers, not hard-sell traps, and they give you a sense of what the spa offers before committing to anything.

That said, the spa does run promotional seminars and talks on sea days that include a complimentary perk, like free champagne at a skincare seminar, that lead into a sales pitch for treatments or products.
